NIGHT SHIFT - Maintenance Technician
Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, & repairing assembly line equipment. Uses Preventive Maintenance practices to ensure that equipment is operational and available to support company needs. Works within the Toyota Continuous Improvement process.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Believes that preventive maintenance and safety are the foundation for an effective maintenance program
· Strong electrical troubleshooting background
· Demonstrates successful troubleshooting of Alan Bradley and Mitsubishi PLC systems
· Hands on experience with maintenance and repairs of servo drives
· Ability to write and explain PLC ladder logic
· Read and understand electrical schematics
· Understand maintenance and repair of Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems
· Solid hand tool skills including basic repairs using steel cutting and welding tools
· Other duties and projects may be assigned
· Maintain a sense of urgency and “can do” attitude

Job Type: Full-time temp to hire after 90 days
Salary: $30.00 per hour

QUALIFICATIONS:
· Manufacturing Maintenance related background.
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
· Commitment to excellence and high standards
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
· Ability to manage priorities and workflow
· Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
· Acute attention to detail
· Proficient on Excel, Word, Power point and Outlook
· Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
· Strong interpersonal skills.
· Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
· Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
· Ability to work in a sometimes-stressful work environment
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to do the following:
· Utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and/or use a keyboard.
· Accurately complete detailed forms and reports.
· Calculate figures and amounts.
· Lift up to 50 lbs.
