Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
- Market and sell a variety of insurance products to individuals and businesses
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for new business
- Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Prepare quotes and presentations.
- Process applications and ensure timely policy issuance.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate new leads.
Experience:
- Proven experience in insurance sales, preferably in benefits administration
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
- Strong telemarketing skills to generate leads and close sales
- Active Texas Department of Insurance General Lines Property & Casualty and Life, Accident, Health & HMO license.
- Proven track record of success in insurance sales with minimum 3-year experience.
- Strong understanding of various insurance products (auto, home, life, etc.)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a strong work ethic.
- Proven ability to generate leads and independently manage your workload.
Qualifications:
- Active Texas Department of Insurance General Lines Property & Casualty and Life, Accident, Health & HMO license.
- Proven track record of success in insurance sales with minimum 3-year experience.
